Pirates-Rockies, and I haven’t been this excited since Oprah’s chat with Meghan and Harry. The Bucs’ Tyler Anderson (3-7, ERA 4.82) gave up only five hits to the White Sox in his last start but had trouble keeping them in the park. And Coors Field isn’t exactly a pitcher’s paradise. The Balboas counterpunch with Kyle Freeland (0-2, ERA 7.76). Last time Kyle threw at Coors, he was pulled after 3 ²/₃ as the Padres scored five times on nine hits.
