In a $22 million lawsuit, Houston’s former general manager claims that the actual culprit of the team’s cheating scandal is still employed by the club.

Jeff Luhnow, the former general manager of the Houston Astros, is free to work again in Major League Baseball. His one-year suspension — punishment for the team’s sign-stealing scandal — expired at the end of the World Series, as did suspensions for the former Astros manager A.J. Hinch and the former bench coach Alex Cora.
